Our History and Experience

More than 60 years of service. One mission: to create cleaner, safer spaces.

Bayton began as a family-run business in Melbourne in 1965, built on a simple promise - to deliver honest, high-quality cleaning with pride and personal care. That promise still drives us today.

Over six decades, we’ve evolved into a national provider trusted by some of Australia’s most iconic organisations across health, aged care, education, commercial property, retail, transport, and hospitality.

From daily site cleaning and compliance audits to high-risk environmental cleans and infection control, our experience is deep and diverse. We’ve successfully mobilised complex, multi-site portfolios, adapted to changing regulations and led the way with digital innovation like ClearSight.

But what makes us truly different is our people. Many of our staff have been with us for decades and our site teams are known for going above and beyond, because to us, cleaning isn't just a service. It's a responsibility.
